Seminar on FNCA nuclear human resources development  was held at the Daya Bay nuclear power base in Shenzhen on September 12, 2012. The theme  of this seminar was “the sustainable development plan for nuclear human resources”.
 
　　As the coordinator of the FNCA submeeting, China Guangdong Nuclear Power Corporation (CGNPC) sponsored the seminar. During the seminar, the participants exchanged views on 8 subjects including the national nuclear human resources development strategy in nuclear energy and applications, human resources development strategy for the first nuclear power plant, and human resources development strategy for nuclear applications in food/agriculture, industry, human health and environmental protection.
 　
　　The participants also carried out in-depth discussions on the concrete methods for improving Asian nuclear energy training and education plans, strengthening cooperation between FNCA member states and establishing governmental funds for nuclear human resources development, creating international database and strengthening international cooperation in this regard.
