“The 7th International Exhibition on Nuclear Power Industry& Seminar on the Third Generation Nuclear Power Technology”, sponsored by CAEA, will be held in Shanghaimart between 23-25 of April.

This Exhibition is to be staged in the backdrop of rapid development of Chinese nuclear power industry. The representatives of nearly 200 enterprises from over 20 countries and regions, such as: China, Australia, Austria, Canada, Czech Republic, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, HK, Japan, Russia, South Korea, Sweden, Switzerland, Holland the U.K, Ukraine, the U.S. and Spain, etc, will gather together in this event, of which including the visiting groups from France, Russia, Spain and South Korea. “The Seminar on the Third Generation Nuclear Power Technology” is scheduled to be held on April 24, on the sideline of this Exhibition. In this Seminar, the focal point of subjects is how to introduce and absorb the third generation nuclear power technology, and achieve autonomation of domestic nuclear power. For this reason, some professionals are invited to address this Seminar with respect to the development trend of worldwide nuclear power technology, technical characteristics of AP1000 and EPR nuclear power units, introduction and absorption of third generation nuclear power technology, and present status of indigenously-made third generation nuclear power equipments, etc.
