On February 24 to March 5, Liu Yongde, CAEA Deputy Secretary General led a delegation to visit Canada and U.S., exchanged views on nuclear security cooperation with the Canadian Nuclear Safety Commission (CNSC) and the United States Department of Energy (DOE).
