During the negotiation, both parties agreed that cooperation in the field of petroleum and natural gas shall be carried out in the principle of upstream and downstream integration; The intergovernmental agreement on Tianwan Phase II will be officially signed and cooperation in space nuclear power will be promoted; Coal and electric power trade shall be further expanded; the study and application on energy saving and renewable energy development shall be increased.
