Nuclear Safety and Security
中国在参考和吸收 IAEA 核安全标准、核安保建议与导则的基础上 ,
完善了中国的核安全和安保法规标准体系。中国通过邀请 IAEA 开展运
行安全评审服务、核监管综合评审以及国际实物保护咨询服务及其他技
术评审服务，提高了我国核电厂运行安全实绩和核与辐射安全监管水平，
并完善了国家核安全监管与核实物保护制度和措施。
中国积极参与推进小型模块化反应堆的国际协同和标准化工作，在
