Nuclear Fuel Cycle
IAEA 对中国的核燃料循环技术发展给予了重要的支持,使中国在铀资源勘查与勘测、铀矿开采、高放废物地质处置选址和
场址评价、放射性废物最小化等方面的技术能力得到显著提升。中国发展了高放废物地质处置的制度基础结构、人员能力和技术
能力。IAEA 为北山地下研究实验室的规划、选址、场址地质和水文地质表征、现场测试和人员培训提供了支持。北山地下实验室
作为 IAEA 高放废物地质处置协作中心的关键部分,致力于高放废物地质处置技术的研究与国际合作,促进了全球核能安全与可
持续发展的科技进步。
With IAEA support, China's technical capabilities in uranium resource exploration, uranium mining, site selection and evaluation for geological
disposal of high-level waste, and radioactive waste minimization have been significantly enhanced. China has developed institutional
infrastructure, built human capacity, and established technical expertise for the geological disposal of high-level waste.
The IAEA has played a crucial role in supporting various aspects of China's nuclear waste management efforts. This support encompasses
the planning, site selection, and geological and hydrogeological characterization for the Beishan Underground Research Laboratory
(URL). Furthermore, the IAEA has facilitated site testing and personnel training, contributing to the advancement of China's nuclear energy
