核电建设国际培训中心

International Construction Training Center on NPP (ICTC)

核电建设国际培训中心是在 CAEA 与 IAEA 签订的关于在核电站安全建设领域进行合作的实际安排框架下成立的培训机
构，旨在搭建国际核电建造交流平台，与 IAEA 各成员国分享中国先进的核电建造技术及丰富的核电建造经验，2011 年 10 月
22 日，ICTC 正式揭牌成立，目前该实际安排处于第二次延期阶段，时间至 2026 年 10 月 20 日。

自成立之日起，ICTC 累计承担了 IAEA 11 批次的培训活动，向来自 40 个国家，近 300 名学员分享了中国的核电建造经验，
为相关国家后续和平利用核技术奠定了基础。 2013 年 10 月 24 日至 27 日，ICTC 对来自菲律宾、马来西亚、孟加拉、 2016 年 10 月 31 日至 11 月 3 日，ICTC 对印尼原子能机构 10 名学员
印尼及越南五个国家的 15 名学员就核电建设质量、安全、技术及项目 就核电建设管理方法、核电建设先进技术及高温气冷堆情况进行了培训。

Since its establishment, the ICTC has conducted 11 training activities for the IAEA, and shared China's nuclear power plant construction experience
with about 300 participants from 40 countries, laying the foundation for the subsequent peaceful uses of nuclear technology by relevant countries.
