中国作为诱变育种强国，已育成作物突变新品种 1050 个，占全世界育成突变品种总数的近 1/3。自 2002 年以来，由中

国作为项目牵头国、在 IAEA 支持下，已经实施 6 期植物诱变育种技术合作项目，助力保障地区粮食安全。建立亚太国际植物
诱变育种协作网（MBN），推动形成常态化稳定合作机制。在中国农业科学院作物科学研究所建立了 IAEA 植物核辐射育种
技术协作中心，累计为成员国培训诱变育种青年专家约 200 多人次，为十多个国家提供诱变技术服务，带动和促进亚太区域核
辐射育种技术快速发展。

China has developed 1050 new crop mutation varieties,
accounting for nearly one-third of the total number of
mutation varieties developed worldwide. Since 2002, China
has coordinated six plant mutation breeding projects as
the leading country under the RCA pipeline to promote
the goal of regional food security. The establishment of
the Plant Mutation Breeding Network (MBN) provided a
stable mechanism for cooperation. The IAEA Collaborating
Centre for Techniques in Plant Mutation Breeding provides
