电子束技术为中国工业废水处理提供创新解决方案
Innovative solutions of industrial wastewater treatment by eBeam technology
清华大学核能与新能源技术研究院(简称“核研院”)
于 20 世纪 90 年代开始辐射技术处理环境污染物研究。在
中国国家自然科学基金、863 计划、科技部国际合作专项以
及 IAEA 技术合作项目的资助下,核研院联合中广核达胜加
速器技术有限公司,历经实验室研究、中试装置,最终实现
该技术工程应用。
2017 年 3 月,中国第一座电子束处理示范装置在浙江
金华市建立。基于中试装置的优良运行,2019 年 10 月在广 印染废水电子束处理前后对比。
东省新会市建立了第一座全尺寸污水处理厂,使用 7 台电子 Textile dye wastewater samples before and after eBeam irradiation.

电子束技术已广泛应用在印染废水、化工园区污水、垃圾渗

Since the 1990s, the Institute of Nuclear and New Energy Technology
(INET) of Tsinghua University has initiated the basic research on
ionizing radiation (e.g. gamma ray and eBeam) technology for
environmental applications. With the continuous financial support of
national R&D projects, such as NSFC, 863 plan, MOST international
cooperation project, and IAEA TC projects, great breakthroughs have
been achieved from laboratory scale, pilot scale to industrial scale
applications by using eBeam technology.
In March 2017, with the cooperation of CGN Dasheng Accelerator
Technology Co., Ltd and Tsinghua University, a pilot-scale
demonstration plant was launched in the city of Jinhua City, Zhejiang
Province. Based on the positive results of the pilot demonstration
plant, a full-scale textile dyeing wastewater treatment plant was put
into operation in 2019 in the city of Xinhui, Guangdong Province, using

seven electro-accelerators to treat 30,000 m /d of industrial wastewater.
To date, the eBeam technology has been widely used to treat textile
