            突变育种助力保障国家粮食安全

            Enhancing Food Security through Mutation Breeding


                 中国农业科学院作物科学研究所小麦诱变育种团队长期致力于作物多样化诱变育种技术创新、新种质创制与新品种培育。
            研究建立了小麦等作物诱变新途径,为国内外提供了多种农作物种子的辐射诱变处理服务;优化了高通量突变新基因新位点鉴
            定技术、细胞离体诱变技术等。


                 在 IAEA RCA 项目支持及 FAO/IAEA 联合中心的大力指导下,为发展中国家培训青年诱变育种科研人员近 200 人次,
            推动中国作物诱变育种及产业应用“走出去”;建成了公开共享的高通量近饱和的小麦外显子突变体库和表型梯度突变体库,
            服务小麦基础研究。近 10 年来,育成及合作审定小麦新品种 10 余个,为保障国家小麦口粮绝对安全作出了积极贡献。




            The Wheat Mutation Breeding Team of the Institute of Crop Sciences, Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences has long been engaged in the innovation of mutation
            breeding technology and methodology, the development of mutant resources and new varieties in crops. The new mutagenesis approaches have been applied to mutant
            germplasm development in research groups from different countries. The high-throughput technologies of TILLING and in vitro mutagenesis have been optimized.

            With the support of IAEA/RCA projects and the guidance of the FAO/IAEA Joint Centre, nearly 200 young researchers from developing countries have been trained in
            these techniques. A near-saturated wheat exon mutant library has been established, which is shared globally for research purposes. Over the past 10 years, more than   小麦突变新品种“鲁原 502”                                 小麦突变新品种“航麦 247”
