中国政府原子能奖学金项目 Cooperation and Achievements

China Atomic Energy Scholarships Programme

中国政府原子能奖学金项目由 CAEA 和教育部联合发起，旨在培养发展中国家和平利用核能领域的杰出青年人才。2017
年中国政府原子能奖学金启动第一阶段（五年期），由中国政府提供全额奖学金，已为 26 个国家培养和培训了近 200 名高素
质专业人才。

在第一阶段取得成功的基础上，2023 年启动奖学金项目第二阶段，中国共有 13 所顶尖大学获得该项目资格，提供核基础
结构、核燃料循环与核材料、核反应堆工程、核与辐射安全、核医学和核农业等课程，拟在 2023-2027 年期间，每年向 100
名发展中国家来华攻读核能与核技术相关硕士、博士学位的留学生提供全额奖学金。

The China Atomic Energy Scholarship (AES) Programme was jointly initiated by the CAEA and the Chinese Ministry of Education to support the
development of outstanding young talents in the fi eld of peaceful uses of nuclear energy from developing countries. In its fi rst fi ve-year phase,
which started in 2017, nearly 200 students from 20 countries were trained in nuclear engineering and nuclear science and technology with full
scholarships provided by the Chinese government. 2023 年 5 月，IAEA 总干事格罗西在
